Ally Larena, LAC
Welcome! I’m so glad that you’re here.
Navigating life and just being a human can sometimes feel incredibly challenging and overwhelming. Figuring out your future can seem daunting when you’re not even sure where to start. You might feel drained, struggling to get from day to day,or even feel distant from the person you want to be–or unsure of what that person looks like at all! Breaking out of the monotony and taking a step towards something new can be scary and intimidating. But here you are!
With the support in our counseling relationship, you can start to map out where you stand, what you enjoy, and who you are to ultimately feel comfortable and secure in yourself and your environment. Gaining insight into what truly matters to you can be both empowering and exciting, feeling that hope spark to start a new journey of self-discovery. Imagine finally seeing yourself on the path of getting the most out of “you” that you can!
Whether you’re dealing with daily stresses, or grappling with larger issues that seem too big to tackle alone, I’m here and happy to walk that road with you. Let’s find out where it leads!
